At Raw Fitness we want to help you build a new relationship with food that fits into your life, so you'll be able to stick with it! Your coach will do an initial consultation with you to determine what your goals are...whether you want to lose fat, build muscle, or a combination of the two. You and your coach will discuss your current eating habits and come up with a plan that utilizes small, gradual changes and choices that will have a big impact on your results!
We aren't about restrictive diets, fads, or complicated math when it comes to nutrition. The simpler the better! Your coach will show you quick and easy ways to keep track of the changes you make and will monitor your progress to ensure you stay on track. You'll have someone to keep you accountable, help you celebrate the victories and recover from the setbacks that inevitably happen as you learn how your body reacts to the foods you eat.
