CycleFit® is fun for every fitness level!
Whether you are an experienced cyclist or a novice, our exclusive CycleFit® Class is the perfect fit for you! Each participant is able to go at their own pace and modify as needed. You'll enjoy an energetic and fun cycling class choreographed by expert trainer Emily Woods!
But we don't stop at just cycling because we add in the option of weight training, which builds muscle and burns calories long after the class is over! You can choose to go heavy or light, or just stick to cycling...it's customizable for everyone!
Don't be intimidated by giant classes and cookie cutter cycle workouts. Join Raw Fitness and experience the CycleFit® difference in an intimate class setting of no more than eight people.
Because we limit the class size to just eight participants, make sure you fill out the form above and get your name on the class list before all the spaces fill up!
