As a former homeless drug addict, our founder knows what it's like to desire an outcome but struggle to make the necessary changes. Mike became the Master Trainer for the largest training company in CLT before venturing off to start Raw Fitness in 2010.
He then trained current owner, Emily, who has overcome her own obstacles and has a drive to see others succeed.
